The scientific journal "Izvestiya. Ferrous Metallurgy" ("Izvestiya vuzov. Chernaya metallurgiya") publishes results of fundamental and applied research in the fields of metallurgical technologies (including raw materials preparation, iron and steel production, rolling, powder metallurgy, nanostructured materials), materials science, physical and chemical fundamentals of metallurgical processes, resource saving and ecology, innovations in equipment and technologies, automation and information technologies, as well as economic efficiency of metallurgical production.
