REDICTIVE MODEL OF DECARBURIZATION AND DETERMINATION OF METAL LOSS WITH FUMES DURING HEATING OF CAST BILLET IN HEATING FURNACE

Abstract

The work performed forecast estimated payment intoxication and decarbonization of cast billets in the working conditions of the heating furnace walking beam of “Oskol Metallurgical Plant” (“OEMK”) with burning of high-energy fuel. The basis of the used model is the method of statistical data processing on an array of practical steel heating furnaces for rolling. It was found that application of the model is to determine the value of waste of metal for the period of decarburization of the metal surface during the heating unit in the blanks.
