В основе применяемой модели лежит метод статистической обработки массива практических данных по нагреву стали в печах под прокатку. Установлено, что применение модели позволяет определить величину угара металла за период работы печи с учетом обезуглероживания поверхности металла по ходу нагрева заготовок в агрегате.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The work performed forecast estimated payment intoxication and decarbonization of cast billets in the working conditions of the heating furnace walking beam of “Oskol Metallurgical Plant” (“OEMK”) with burning of high-energy fuel. The basis of the used model is the method of statistical data processing on an array of practical steel heating furnaces for rolling.
