THERMOSPEED MACHINING OF ALUMINUM ALLOYS BY GASIFIED MODULUS CASTING

Abstract

The article presents the results of the development and implementation of resource technology in a production environment for producing aluminum alloys for casting thin-walled corps on gasified models including thermo-speed melt processing. This technique enhances the mechanical properties of castings – tensile strength 14 – 22 %, elongation 32 – 75 %.
