Явление, открытое В.С. Горским, продолжает раскрываться новыми гранями и, несомненно, ждет своего исследователя. С большой уверенностью можно сказать, что результаты, которые будут получены, превзойдут самые невероятные ожидания и прогнозы. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>According to the author of this article, Gorskii effect may be crucial in the development of technologies for the manufacture of precision metal configuration (standards, tools, machines). The phenomenon of V.S.
