На вакуумной дуговой печи устанавливаются видеокамеры для контроля процессом переплава. Системы автоматизированного управления переплавом обычно измеряют только нужные для непосредственного управления величины, по которым в ряде случаев невозможно определить возникновение специфических неноминальных режимов плавки. Однако сталевар по изображению с видеокамер способен определить и устранить их. Получаемое изображение разбивается на кадры. Каждый кадр – это матрица, состоящая из пикселей. Используя сумму пикселей получаемого изображения, можно определить неноминальные режимы переплава. В работе предлагаются алгоритмы обработки видеоизображений для обнаружения неноминальных режимов плавки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper suggests ways to determine the deviations of technological process of vacuum arc remelting. Video cameras were installed in the vacuum arc furnace to monitor the refining process. Typically, the automated control system of remelting measure only the desired quantities for direct control, by which in some cases it is impossible to determine the occurrence of specific abnormal conditions of melting. The steelmaker can detect and eliminate them with the usage of the images from the camera. The resulting image is divided into shots. Each shot is a matrix composed of pixels. Using the amount of pixels of the image the specific abnormal remelting modes can be determined.
