Кристаллы магнетита гомогенного строения активно переходят в расплав, формируя в агломератах низкой основности силикатные связки рудных зерен. С ростом основности смена силикатных связок на ферритные определяется количеством железа в расплаве и высоким окислительным потенциалом газовой фазы. Участие магнетита гетерогенного строения в процессах расплавообразования ограничено. При спекании агломератов низкое содержание железа в расплаве расширяет область кристаллизации силикатных связок, сдвигая начало процесса ферритообразования в сторону агломератов высокой основности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article displays the determining infl uence of natural iron oremineralization on the sintering process and the strength of fl uxed sinter. Magnetite crystals with homogeneous structure actively move into the melt, forming the silicate binder ore grains in agglomerates of low basicity. With the growth of the basicity the change of silicate ligaments to ferrite ones can be determined by the amount of iron in the melt and high oxidation potential of the gas phase. The participation of magnetite of heterogeneous structure in processes of melt formation was limited.
