Методами дифракционного анализа выявлено образование в модифицированном слое исследуемых сплавов МАХ-фаз составов Ti3SiC2 и Ti3AlC.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of analysis of crystal structures in the Ti – Al – C and Ti – Si – C systems and experimental investigations of VT6 alloy and silumin eutectoid composition Al – 12 % Si, subjected to electroexplosive alloying and electron-beam treatment, have been studied.
