Математическим моделированием установлено влияние формы образующей оправки и рабочих валков на характер формирования энергосиловых параметров очага деформации. Сформирован функционал и приведено решение оптимизационной задачи по определению рационального профиля образующей (калибровки) оправки. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article deals with the obtained qualiﬁed view of a strained metal state (working environment) in the hearth of deformation zone of a press roller ﬁ rmware billets for tubes. Using the mathematical modeling it has been established the effect of form forming mandrels and operating rolls on the formation of energy-power parameters of deformation.
